I have been in real estate my whole life and wanted to choose an agent that treats this with professionalism and would help me find what I wanted and Karen did just that.  Karen would not let us settle for something that would not make us happy over time.  Karen took all the work out of everything, we just had to sit back and sign papers.  She even dealt with the wife’s panic attacks(after the home inspection).  Karen will be my agent (if I ever move) again and again.  In my work I deal with a lot of agents, Karen is the best I have had the pleasure of working with.  I would recommend Karen to the first time buyer, or seasoned homeowner she is great.

We were a first time homebuyer...we did not know anything about buying a house.  Not even who to use as a realtor.  I mean really, does it matter?  You bet!
Karen was referred to us by a family friend and we were very lucky to have someone with tons of experience and the patience to deal with us as homeownership "rookies".  
At first we were not sure what we want or what to look for in a house.  We were busy planning our wedding but due to some logistics needed to move into a house fairly quickly.  Karen took us on several appointments to look at houses...many of those appointments on Saturday due to our work schedule at the time.  She provided us with a good variety...to be built homes, new homes, older homes with charm all the while staying within our budget plans and areas of town we requested.
When we did finally find "the house", Karen used her years of real estate knowledge to explain to us that while we were a bit nervous we needed to put in an offer right away.  No time was wasted and we got the house.  It happened on a Friday evening and she was able to get it all together in time.  We felt very confident that she knew what she was talking about and her advice was solid.
Then came the signing of the paperwork...and there is a lot.  She was helpful in explaining what the forms were and highlighted topics that were unfamiliar to us.  It was exciting and nerve-wracking all at the same time.
We have been very happy with our house and plan to use Karen again soon as our family is growing too big for this house.  We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house, whether as a new or established homeowner.
