I'm a real estate professional who will constantly work to answer any of your questions and to make sure that your property is out in front of all buyers. My job is to get all the money that your home should bring in the market place and keep everyone in the transaction on task as we move toward the closing table.

I've developed this web site with my Sellers in mind. In my private "Seller’s Only" section of this site is a private communications network set up for those Sellers who are comfortable sending and receiving information online. But, don't worry, if you're not comfortable communicating electronically, I will continue to use the phone and regular postal mail to deliver the same incomparable service that you expect from me!

If you are a registered Seller, you may login using your registered email address and password at the upper right portion of this page. The private online area of our site contains the following information for each of my Sellers:

  • Feedback as soon as it is available on each showing of your home
  • Number of visitors that have viewed your home online.
  • List of competing homes that have come on the market in your neighborhood with details concerning those homes.
  • Information about homes that have sold in your neighborhood.
  • Information about economic indicators and marketing activities for your home.
  • If you are also looking for a new home, you will receive information on new listings that fit the search criteria that you provide.
